Many years of her career have been involved in teaching, first as a clinical nurse educator in hospital settings, and then in various academic positions. Alice says she believes she has found her "niche" in the world of nursing when she began working at The Skin Care Center at Gulf Coast Plastic Surgery as a nurse practitioner. Alice works closely with each individual, listens to them attentively, and collectively they develop a plan of care and treatment. Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner

Amanda Davis is an advanced registered nurse practitioner with fourteen years of experience. She was the undergraduate class president and was valedictorian of her undergraduate and graduate nursing classes at Florida State University. Amanda has a passion for helping people look and feel better about themselves. She is an expert injector who prides herself on maintaining a natural look with her injection techniques. She is honest and compassionate. She takes time to listen to her patients and treats every patient with dignity and respect. She strives to provide exceptional care to all her patients. She believes that her work is a balance of skill and artistry. Nurse Practitioner

Lisa believes that providing high-quality care and communicating a collaborative, realistic cosmetic plan that meets each client's desired appearance is critical. Her goals are to empower the client by establishing a trusting relationship and providing outstanding education in cosmetic options in a relaxing, stress-free environment.

She was raised in Pensacola, FL, and always had a growing desire to help others. This led her to take health classes in high school, which directed her to become a nurse. She completed nursing school at Pensacola Junior College and later completed her bachelor's in nursing at the University of South Alabama.

Her passion for helping others continued throughout her 18-year nursing career.

She started as a labor and delivery nurse at Ascension Sacred Heart, working in a busy obstetric emergency room, labor and delivery, operating room, and PACU. She later became a family nurse practitioner after completing her master's degree at the University of West Florida.

She has four sons and a daughter. When not working, she enjoys traveling, exercising, yoga, painting, refinishing furniture, and spending time with friends and family. Nurse Practitioner

Alexandria believes in using the latest treatments and techniques to enhance her patients' natural beauty. Alex brings knowledge and experience to Gulf Coast Plastic Surgery and The Skin Care Center. "Every patient is beautiful, and my main focus is enhancing and improving what patients already love about themselves," says Alex.

Alex began her nursing career in 2013 after graduating from the University of Alabama with her bachelor's degree in nursing. In 2018, she earned her master's degree in nursing from the University of South Alabama. She earned her nurse practitioner degree in 2018 as well.

As a retired professional dancer, Alex believes aesthetics is the perfect pairing of her analytical medical mind and artistic side. Beautiful patient outcomes come from her understanding of facial anatomy and how the face and body function and pairing it with an artist's eye, which appreciates facial harmony, balance, and beauty.

Alex is an advanced injector for Allergan and Galderma. Her favorite treatments include BOTOX® and dermal fillers, like JUVÉDERM® VOLLURE® XC and JUVÉDERM® VOLUMA® XC. Alexandria also enjoys holistic treatments utilizing Sculptra®, RADIESSE®.

Sara, a Gulf Breeze native deeply connected to the region, brings a wealth of experience to Gulf Coast Plastic Surgery as a board-certified physician assistant with over seven years of expertise in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Her journey began with a studio art degree from the University of West Florida where she developed exceptional design skills in ceramics, painting, sculpture, and photography. She later pursued her Master of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies from Lincoln Memorial University. This unique blend of artistic and scientific training inspired her to further pursue a career in aesthetic medicine. Nurse Practitioner

Chantel has grown up all over the eastern coast of the United States and Germany as the child of a military family. She has lived in Florida for 25 years and calls this area home. She began her nursing career in 2011 as an LPN and slowly inched her way up one degree at a time. She received her registered nursing degree at Pensacola State College and her undergraduate at the University of West Florida. She has worked as a registered nurse at Baptist Hospital Cardiology and Perioperative Nursing. She wanted to further her degree and obtained her master's in nursing as a family nurse practitioner from Chamberlain University in 2020 and began her career in allergy, asthma, and immunology.

Chantel has always had a passion for aesthetics. She has completed her aesthetic training through the Method Aesthetics Academy in Pensacola, FL. She believes building a trusting and positive relationship with her clients is essential to help them feel comfortable and confident. Education is important to her, and she believes every patient should be well-informed and educated on products and procedures to make the right decisions for them. She aims to help clients enhance their natural beauty with the utmost quality and safety.

Lindsey Higdon is a registered nurse who did her studies at Pensacola State College and the University of West Florida. She has been in the skin care industry for ten years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our practice. She has been at Gulf Coast Plastic Surgery since 2008. Lindsey is a highly trained aesthetic specialist who is able to work with you on an individual basis to provide the cosmetic appearance you desire. She takes great pride in her work and makes sure that a patient leaves our office looking and feeling their very best. Lindsey approaches each individual with understanding, patience, and compassion. She works very closely with each patient to help achieve the desired goals and enhance their own natural beauty. Originally from Northeast Alabama, Kaleigh relocated to Pensacola in 2018. She earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Auburn University and has dedicated her career to helping patients improve their health through individualized, evidence-based care.

With past experience in both primary care and reproductive endocrinology, she is excited to bring the midlife and metabolic program to The Skin Care Center - focusing on creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. She believes healthcare should be collaborative, compassionate, and centered around empowering patients to feel their best at every stage of life.

Outside of work, she is an active member of Echo Life Church and enjoys reading, playing tennis, and boating with her husband and three children.

Nurse Practitioner

Natalie is a double board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner serving Florida and Alabama. She has years of varied experience in healthcare, beginning her career at the Florida Department of Health in 2012 before transitioning into acute care and emergency medicine. Her background in high-acuity medicine shaped her passion for prevention, metabolic health, and helping patients address problems before disease impairs quality of life.

She specializes in wellness-focused care with interests in metabolic dysfunction, weight management, peptide therapies, nutritional and vitamin support, injectables, and individualized treatment plans. Natalie combines her experience in emergency medicine, aesthetics, and wellness to create a practical, patient-centered approach that emphasizes prevention and long-term vitality.

Natalie loves to treat the inside and outside of her patients, encouraging them to ask questions and be specific about their needs and expectations, in order to treat not just disease processes but the whole person!

As healthcare continues to evolve, Natalie is passionate about the shift toward proactive and preventative medicine, empowering patients to take an active role in their health through education, sustainable lifestyle changes, and personalized care plans.

Blair Miller brings a wealth of expertise and a warm and welcoming smile to The Skin Care Center at Gulf Coast Plastic Surgery. Blair is a graduate of Pensacola State College's aesthetics program and is a licensed medical aesthetician. A Pensacola native, Blair's passion for skin care started at a young age. She prides herself on truly listening to her patients' concerns. Her goal is to fulfill the skin care needs of her patients and give them the confidence that comes from radiant skin. Blair is always learning and makes a point to stay current on all the latest innovations in skin care. Daisy believes in enhancing ones own beauty through customizable skincare treatment and products. A New Hampshire native with a love for the beach, Daisy moved to Pensacola at the beginning of 2026 and is loving being a local in her dream vacation spot!

After retiring from her professional ballet career, she acquired her aesthetician license in 2025 and quickly became a Face Reality acne specialist while focusing on corrective skincare treatments. Having dealt with acne throughout high school and her ballet career, Daisy prides herself in understanding just how complex the skin is and curating custom treatment plans for each of her patients.

Daisy’s results-driven skincare approach is one filled with guidance and education. She values not only treating one’s skin concern but educating and standing alongside her patients throughout their skincare journey.
